8/26/04: Picture With Dual Seat, also changed final drive to 37:11. This is the way to go for increased off the line on an R100, much more noticable than a 32:10 and without the limitations of a 32:9 (meaning it goes over 100):

To my suprise, someone had taken this bike down to the frame and had it powdercoated. After wiping all the dirt & grime off, the frame/sub-frame & headlight bucket looked great.
